Our walnuts are grown and harvested with love at our family orchard in the NSW Central Tablelands.  

We produce Chandler, Franquette and Treyve Mayette varieties.  Our orchard produces only walnuts so you can be assured that our walnuts have not come into contact with any other nuts.

We harvest our walnuts in late March or as soon as the husks begin to crack.  After harvesting our nuts are cleaned, de husked and are naturally air dried in our sheds.

Undried walnuts are sold before they enter the air drying stage. Green husks are still on the nut and the walnut has rubbery white flesh. Undried walnuts are only available a few weeks before harvest usually in March.
