Our walnuts are grown and harvested with love at our family orchard in the NSW Central Tablelands.  We produce Chandler, Franquette with Treyve Mayette variety as the pollinator.  Our orchard produces only walnuts so you can be assured that our walnuts have not come into contact with any other nuts.

We harvest our walnuts in late March to early April or as soon as the husks begin to crack.  After harvesting our nuts are cleaned, de husked and air dried on our property in our processing shed then stored in cool silos until ordered.  We do sell nuts "undried' for this that prefer them that way, please order under "undried or wet” walnuts on our online store.
